Al-Safa Tower Ltd is our real estate development company, and Al-Safa Tower is its flagship project — the most ambitious in the portfolio. Situated on the largest available plot of commercial land in Uttara, Sector 11, the project spans 90.25 katha and 750,000 square feet of built area, developed as an integrated hotel and business centre.

The tower will rise 18 floors (including four basement levels) and bring together retail, hospitality, entertainment, and commercial facilities in a single integrated destination. With a 200-room DoubleTree by Hilton, a 495-shop shopping mall, four convention centres, two ball rooms, a swimming pool, food courts, and a landscaped roof garden, Al-Safa Tower is designed to serve as a self-contained commercial ecosystem.

The project address is Commercial Plot No. 04, Road No. 10/A, Sector 11, Uttara Commercial Area, Dhaka-1230. It sits at the South West of Dhaka to North Bengal Highway with sector roads on all sides, giving it excellent accessibility from every direction.

DoubleTree by Hilton

Al-Safa Tower Ltd has signed with Hilton to bring a DoubleTree by Hilton property to the tower — a 200-room hotel occupying levels five through eleven. It will be one of the first internationally branded hotels in Uttara, serving business travellers, international visitors, and the convention traffic the tower is designed to attract.

The hospitality component is central to how the project is positioned. A globally recognised operator anchors the tower's credibility with corporate tenants and event clients, and pairs naturally with the convention centres and ball rooms on the entertainment floor.

Al-Safa Tower combines everything you would expect from a high-end commercial property into a single destination. The 200-room DoubleTree by Hilton will be a first for the Uttara area, serving both business travellers and international visitors. Construction is underway and the project will open in two phases: the retail floors are expected to open in 2030, with the DoubleTree by Hilton following in 2031.
